Our guides and checklists are PDF downloads delivered instantly by email after payment. Because they can't be returned, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded.
When we do refund
If you were charged twice, the download link didn't arrive within 24 hours and we couldn't fix it, or the file is unreadable, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we'll refund you in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. USD orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record; INR orders by our Indian payment partner. Allow 5–10 business days for the money to show up.

Freebies are free. If you don't get the email, check spam, then write to us and we'll send it directly.
